Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks. They will be responsible for managing tenant relations, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and ensuring that properties are maintained. Requirements
- Associate degree in a related field
- 1 year of relevant experience in contracts and/or real estate listings
- Strong general computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and evidence of vehicle insurance
- Experience with YARDI preferred
