Requirements
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services under the direction of an OT
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence
- Lead therapeutic activities addressing ADLs, strength, coordination, cognition, and safety
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely clinical records
- Educate patients and families on home programs and strategies to support daily function
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care
- Monitor patient responses and adjust interventions as appropriate under OT guidance
- Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive team culture
