Job Description
InReach Rehab is seeking a flexible and dedicated full-time or part-time Occupational Therapist (or OT) to join our team at the Harlan County Health System in Alma, NE.
Requirements
- Provide evaluations to determine patient needs, goals, and functional capabilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving independence, safety, and performance in daily activities.
- Implement therapeutic interventions addressing ADLs, IADLs, strength, coordination, cognition, and functional mobility.
- Supervise and mentor COTAs and guide their contributions to patient treatment plans.
- Engage in professional development and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
