We are seeking a Manager, Customer Marketing to join our UK Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with designated key retail partners and aligning joint business plans, marketing priorities, and execution standards to drive brand growth, shopper engagement, and commercial success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in retail, performance or partner marketing, preferably in consumer electronics or FMCG
- Digital-native mindset with extensive experience in online commerce
- Proven line-management experience
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing performance metrics
- Excellent relationship-building skills with key retailers and internal stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and optimization
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and influencing senior stakeholders
- Driving performance across diverse markets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate strategy into compelling narratives
