Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River Casino & Hotel is seeking a Cook I, Food and Beverage. This full-time, variable-shift position involves preparing food orders accurately, maintaining a clean work environment, and adhering to food safety standards. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, alongside food preparation expertise.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• Six months of cooking experience in a high-volume food service operation is preferred
• Demonstrate kitchen sanitation and food preparation knowledge
• Must operate kitchen equipment and understand sanitation
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Dexterous with knives and equipment
• Professional appearance and hygiene
• Ability to handle high stress and work flexible schedules
