HCVR Dual Rate Supervisor, Table Games Service (Part Time; Varied Shift)

Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River Casino & Hotel is seeking a Dual Rate Supervisor for the Table Games Service. This part-time position offers the opportunity to oversee the operations of an assigned area, accurately administer casino policies, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining casino integrity.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• BSBA degree preferred
• Completion of Table Games Dealer Training School
• Proficient in at least 1 major game (Craps, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat)
• Excellent customer relations, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to comply with regulatory issues and follow detailed procedures
• Extensive knowledge of casino rules and procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Neat, professional appearance
• Physical capabilities to perform job duties
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
