HCVR Supervisor, Table Games Service (Part Time; Varied Shift)

Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River Casino & Hotel is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor, Table Games Service. The role involves supervising a team of dealers, ensuring excellent guest service and maintaining casino integrity. Duties include performance monitoring, recognizing and rewarding employees, and resolving issues and problems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• BSBA degree from an accredited educational institution preferred
• Two to five years of casino experience with direct dealing with the game(s) in assigned pit area
• One-year supervisory experience preferred
• Proficient in Blackjack and at least 1 other major game
• Excellent customer relations, leadership, and communication skills
• Documented ability to comply with regulatory issues and follow detailed procedures
• Extensive knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and Internal Control Procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills (including handling volatile situations)
• Strong teamwork behaviors and attitudes
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Physically and mentally fit
• Flexible schedule
• Operational dexterity with office equipment
• Tolerance for noise, temperature, vibration, crowds, and air quality
