As an Application Support Agent, you will be the point of reference for our users on a daily basis for our ProNotaire, ProCardex, Surf, and JurisPro software. You will respond to their questions, simplify their lives with our applications, and guide them to get the most out of our solutions.

• Analyze technical or functional issues and propose clear solutions
• Train users on our products to make them autonomous and confident
