Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar; MBA is a plus
- 5-7 years of experience in commercialization, sales, digital business or strategy, ideally in healthcare or B2B digital solutions
- Fluent in English, German is beneficial
- A strong commercial mindset and genuine interest in bringing digital solutions to markets
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and international markets
- The ability to turn market and customer needs into clear input for digital product development
- A self-driven, hands-on working style with a strong sense of ownership and flexibility to travel
