Manager Global Product Development (f/m/d)

Join HARTMANN as Manager Global Product Development and shape the future of wound care. Lead the development of innovative products and maintain our existing portfolio, acting as a key interface between internal and external teams.

Requirements

• Completed studies in natural science/engineering (e.g., medical technology / mechatronics, material engineering)
• Practical experience in medical device development and requirements engineering and risk management, ideally in the field of wound care
• Experience in the design and processing of medical systems (hardware / electronics / disposables)
• Knowledge of the medical device’s regulation and the associated subject areas
• Excellent analytical skills with high solution orientation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills combined with practical expertise as project lead
• Fluent in English and German
