Data Operations Analyst

Harvey is a company that is transforming the legal and professional services industry through the use of frontier agentic AI and an enterprise-grade platform. We are seeking a Data Operations Analyst to help strengthen how our business systems data is defined, monitored, and used. This role will support and eventually own a lightweight data governance program, build and maintain operational and data quality reporting, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive understanding and alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a data, analytics, business analysis, or similar role
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working with relational data
• Experience building reports or datasets from business systems (e.g., CRM, marketing, finance tools)
• Curiosity about how data flows through systems and identifying issues
• Clear written communication skills for documenting definitions and processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with non-technical teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and global environment
