Data Operations Analyst

We're seeking a Data Operations Analyst to strengthen our business systems data definition, monitoring, and use, and build a lightweight data governance program. The ideal candidate has a strong data/SQL foundation, cares about data quality, and thrives in cross-functional roles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a data, analytics, business analysis, or similar role
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working with relational data
• Experience building reports or datasets from business systems (e.g., CRM, marketing, finance tools)
• Curiosity about how data flows through systems and identifying issues
• Clear written communication skills for documenting definitions and processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with non-technical teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and global environment
