Job Description
Havenly Brands is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Associate to join their Growth team. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, strategy, or consulting at a B2C or ecommerce brand, with a strong understanding of CRM strategies and tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in a marketing, strategy or consulting role at a B2C or ecommerce brand
- Understanding of CRM strategies, tactics, and tools
- Familiarity with Braze or similar ESPs
- Data acumen with experience in Google Sheets, Looker, and/or Google Analytics
- Ability to deliver clear, concise, and reliable reporting on all lifecycle marketing metrics
- Growth mindset with bold ideas and know-how to get things done
- Experience with AI tools and prompting (ChatGPT, Claude, etc)
