Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive HavocAI's talent acquisition efforts across both technical and non-technical hiring. This role requires strong recruiting fundamentals, excellent candidate experience management, and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers to anticipate hiring needs and scale a world-class team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience in defense tech, aerospace, robotics, autonomy, or other technically complex industries
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, GitHub, networking, referrals, and creative approaches
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and closing skills
- Experience working with modern ATS systems
- U.S. Citizen; eligibility for security clearance preferred
