Requirements
- Plans, coordinates and manages construction of various T&D electrical projects
- Provides work direction and oversees the work of external contractors and construction inspectors
- Manages, directs and monitors on-site contracted T&D Electrical Work
- Reviews construction contract packages
- Advises contractors on construction methods
- Reviews and approves invoices for accuracy
- Maintains project daily records and prepares incident and other project reports
- Attends contracting and project meetings
- Plans, schedules and conducts meetings to encourage/foster lines of communication between various levels of the workforce
- Manages performance of employees, trains and develops personnel towards an effective and skilled workforce
- Interacts with employees and other internal and external suppliers and customers in a positive, supportive and collaborative manner
- Participates in Company emergency response activities
