Requirements

• Plans, coordinates and manages construction of various T&D electrical projects
• Provides work direction and oversees the work of external contractors and construction inspectors
• Manages, directs and monitors on-site contracted T&D Electrical Work
• Reviews construction contract packages
• Advises contractors on construction methods
• Reviews and approves invoices for accuracy
• Maintains project daily records and prepares incident and other project reports
• Attends contracting and project meetings
• Plans, schedules and conducts meetings to encourage/foster lines of communication between various levels of the workforce
• Manages performance of employees, trains and develops personnel towards an effective and skilled workforce
• Interacts with employees and other internal and external suppliers and customers in a positive, supportive and collaborative manner
• Participates in Company emergency response activities
