Job Description
Hawaiian Electric Industries is seeking a Corporate Tax Specialist to support the tax department. This role involves calculating, reporting, and ensuring compliance with tax laws, assisting with audits and regulatory compliance, and developing policies and procedures. Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of Accounting Standards Codification 740 and related interpretations.
- Thorough knowledge of income tax return preparation and filing.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience in corporate tax area or equivalent.
- Knowledge of OneSource, SAP, and other tax compliance systems.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
