Job Description
The Supervisor of Community Integrated Programs is responsible for managing and coordinating services on a Recovery Home within the Community Integration Program. This role includes conducting performance reviews, developing goals and objectives, and ensuring integrated coordination of resident/staff. The supervisor will also contribute to program development, evaluation, and external marketing.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
- CADC or Clinical License
- Knowledge of and ability to manage three or more clinical programs or services
- Knowledge of and ability to perform clinical supervisory functions
- 3yrs of Substance Abuse Experience
