Technical Service Manager

Manage a team of Technical Service Representatives to provide technical information and warranty claim support to consumers and dealers. Implement and maintain warranty protocols, grow and manage the network of Hayward Authorized Service Centres, and facilitate training and professional development of staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• College or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related area preferred
• Proficiency in using MS office products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong business sense and ability to deal with problems involving many variables
• Ability to set priorities, utilize good judgment in problem solving, pay attention to detail and take the initiative
