Attorney - Fund Formation and IR Support

HBK Capital Management is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Legal Department with primary responsibility for supporting HBK’s private funds and investor coverage workstreams.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in good standing with the Texas Bar (or equivalent)
• Strong academic and organizational skills
• Self-motivated
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced, high stakes environment
