Job Description
HBK Capital Management is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Legal Department with primary responsibility for negotiating and managing HBK's counterparty and trading documentation and providing investment related support.
Requirements
- Negotiate, review, and manage HBK's counterparty and trading documentation
- Provide investment support to HBK's investment teams
- Advise on capital markets, financing and securities law matters
- Partner closely with HBK's portfolio finance and treasury team
- Provide legal and regulatory support in respect of HBK's trading
- Support all aspects of the Legal Department function
