Collector

The Collector is responsible for the accounts receivable, including collection, billing coordination, and communication with insurance companies. The role focuses on correctly applying contractual obligations, resolving billing issues, and ensuring all deadlines are met. This includes reviewing insurance data, assessing claims, and communicating with payers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in end-to-end revenue cycle management
• High school diploma required
• Professional presentation
• Experience working independently and in teams
• Strong computer skills (MS Office specifically Excel)
• Ability to navigate various systems
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Acute attention to detail
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
