Legal Counsel

HCVT is seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Counsel to join their legal team. The role will involve providing legal guidance and support across various areas of the firm's operations, handling time-sensitive assignments, and contributing to the development of firm policies and procedures. The ideal candidate has prior experience providing counsel to an accounting firm and is able to provide timely and strategic legal advice to colleagues.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing
• 3-6 years of experience practicing law in-house or at a law firm
