Legal Counsel

HCVT is seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Counsel to join our legal team. The Legal Counsel will provide legal guidance and support across various areas of our operations, handling time-sensitive assignments and taking initiative to think strategically, communicate effectively, and work independently.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing
• 3-6 years of experience practicing law in-house or at a law firm
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, legal research, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and curiosity
• An appreciation for, and understanding of, the importance of client confidentiality
