Headstart Hatching

2-3 years of experience in a sanitation role, knowledge of sanitation best practices and procedures, physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks

High school diploma, 2 years maintenance experience, technical certifications

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Bilingual in Spanish and English- preferred, Valid Driver's License

Knowledge of turkey egg and poult handling procedures, familiarity with biosecurity protocols and industry regulations, and ability to stand for extended periods, lift to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
