Headstart Hatching

Headstart Hatching is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Hatchery Back Crew Supervisor! The supervisor will manage a team of hatchery workers, oversee the movement of turkey eggs, and ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma is preferred
• Valid Driver's License is required
• Previous agricultural experience is preferred
• Experience specific to hatchery work is a plus
• Familiarity with biosecurity and animal welfare protocols and industry regulations is preferred
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of workers at different levels
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately complete work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
