Headstart Hatching is seeking a diligent and reliable Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all routine maintenance of their Hatchery, including control of systems and robotic equipment. The role involves managing a team, identifying and resolving mechanical issues, and ensuring the proper functioning of the hatchery. Candidates should have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Manage a team of Maintenance Technicians
• Oversee routine maintenance of Hatchery systems and equipment
• Experience in maintenance and repair field
• Valid Driver’s License
• Familiarity with relevant regulations (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Experience with automation and technical machinery
