Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably in Customer Success, Business Development, or Strategic roles
- Deep exposure to payer business models and economics
- Relationship-building skills and ability to navigate contract strategy
- Data-driven mindset and analytical skills
- Experience managing multiple customers and complex projects
- Availability to work remotely
