Job Description
Headway is building a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access by making it easy for therapists to accept insurance and scale their practice. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead and grow the engineering pods behind our core provider experiences through people development, strategic planning, and hands-on technical support or guidance.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience as an experienced Engineering Manager, concurrently leading multiple teams, and/or managing managers
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- BS, MS in Computer Science or related field
