We are a 100% family-owned company offering customized solutions in building preservation, TGA | Roof & Solar, and painter & renovation. We are looking for a Junior M&A Manager to join our team and drive the sustainable growth of our group forward.

Requirements

• Completed (professional) university studies in business administration, finance or a related field with excellent grades
• Several years of professional experience in a high-performance environment (Corporate M&A, Transaction Advisory Services, Investment Banking, etc.)
• Detailed knowledge/experience in the areas of financial analysis, company valuation, and financial due diligence
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with various internal and external partners
• Analytical thinking, strategic expertise, and the ability to solve complex problems
• Resilience and willingness to undertake occasional business trips
• Negotiable German and English
