Senior M&A Manager (m/w/d)

A family-owned company with a clear vision for the future, offering customized solutions in building conservation, TGA | Roof & Solar, and Painter & Cladding. They are looking for a Senior M&A Manager to lead complex transactions and drive sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Completed (Fach-) university studies in Business Administration, Finance or a related field with excellent grades
• 5+ years of professional experience in a high-performance environment (Corporate M&A, Transaction Advisory Services, Investment Banking, etc.)
• Proven success in independently leading complex M&A transactions
• Ideally, experience in a Buy&Build environment in the construction industry
• Funded knowledge/experience in the areas of financial analysis, company valuation and financial due diligence
• Well-developed analytical and strategic skills as well as a deep understanding of business administration
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with various internal and external partners
• Sovereign stakeholder management, including direct collaboration with management, shareholders and investment committees
• Stamina and willingness to travel occasionally
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
