Job Description
Ontario Health atHome is seeking an experienced registered physiotherapist to provide connected, accessible, patient-centered care to patients in a variety of settings. The physiotherapist will assess and determine patient care needs, provide access and referrals to community services, and engage with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare practitioners.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy and current certificate of registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Related professional experience in a Physiotherapy role
- Current CPR-C certificate
