We are seeking an experienced registered physiotherapist to join our team at Ontario Health atHome, Champlain. As a physiotherapist, you will assess and determine patient care needs and eligibility, provide access and referrals to community services, and engage with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare practitioners. You will work in a variety of settings, including homes and retirement homes, and be supported by a collaborative team of over 9,000 regulated healthcare professionals.
