Job Description
The Saskatchewan Cancer Centre is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join the Oncology team. This full-time, regular, shift-based role involves providing comprehensive direct patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and utilizing advanced nursing practice skills in the Alberta Cancer Care Centre (now known as Alberta Cancer Alliance). The NP will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate outcomes and collaborate with oncology teams to support patient navigation and management.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an approved NP program
- Successful completion of the Controlled Drug and Substance Act Module (CDSA)
- Registered with the SRNA and licensed as RN (NP)
- Canadian Oncology Nursing Certification (Preferred)
