Job Description
Health Connect America is seeking a Family Centered Treatment Specialist to provide quality psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families utilizing the Family Centered Treatment model. The role involves delivering 24/7 on-call services, coordinating with treatment teams, and providing psychoeducation. Health Connect America focuses on healing and growth through trauma-informed care.
Requirements
- Provide Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Services.
- Complete FCT Checkoffs and internal trainings.
- Deliver FCT services to children, adolescents, and families.
