Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful project management and delivery of the customer environment upgrades and internal initiatives for all Healthedge products. This person will manage a team of infrastructure, customer success and customer support resources in a matrixed environment.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in related field, PMP certification is a plus
• 5+ years of experience managing large scale, enterprise-class, software delivery-based projects
• Solid understanding/experience of Project Management tools (Smartsheet is a plus)
• Experience managing projects using the Scrum Agile software development framework
• Preference that you have a general understanding of healthcare payor workflows including claims processing, benefits configuration, member enrollment, correspondence, medical management, and provider contracting
• Strong knowledge of industry business practices and value offerings
• Demonstrated leadership skills
