Job Description
HealthHero is seeking CISM-trained Counsellors to join their Critical Incident Response team as Affiliates. The role offers a balanced work-life opportunity for those who want to contribute to a leading UK EAP provider with a focus on innovative mental health service creation. The company offers bespoke services to a variety of clients, including Banks, Railways and Insurance companies.
Requirements
- Face to face Counselling
- BACP/ UKCP/NCS (or equivalent) registered Counsellor
- CISM trained
- Provided Onsite and/or Remote Support for other companies and/or EAPs
- Recognised Diploma qualification in Counselling (Level 4 minimum)
- Minimum 450 hours post-qualification, supervised client hours
- Experienced in a similar role providing contracted counselling and managing own caseload
- IT Skills including proficiency using Microsoft Systems and electronic clinical record systems
- Experience providing onsite and remote support
- Experience in a similar role providing contract counselling
- Experience in similar remote support provided
