Job Description
Epic Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst will monitor, analyze, and support Epic work queues to ensure timely resolution of accounts and optimized billing. This role involves troubleshooting, collaborating with various teams, and providing training to revenue cycle staff. The focus is on improving revenue cycle operations and maximizing reimbursement.
Requirements
- Monitor and manage Epic work queues daily.
- Identify recurring issues and escalate as needed.
- Ensure timely resolution of accounts.
- Generate and analyze Epic reports.
- Recommend workflow changes and process improvements.
- Partner with revenue integrity, coding, and finance teams.
- Act as a liaison between revenue cycle operations and Epic application analysts.
- Participate in Epic upgrade projects.
