Job Description
This full-time, on-site Healthcare Director of Human Resources position is responsible for leading all aspects of HR within a growing primary care organization across Arizona. The role focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, compliance, and organizational development, while maintaining company culture and employee engagement. The position requires a hands-on approach with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to identifying HR needs.
