Clinic Assistant Float

HealthPartners is seeking a Clinic Assistant to float between their St. Paul and Woodbury Specialty Centers. This role involves providing excellent patient care, facilitating appointment scheduling, and contributing to the success of the medical group's revenue collection. The position requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Graduate of a training program or customer service program (2+ years experience)
• 2+ years experience as a medical receptionist
• 2+ years experience in a customer service role
• Data entry and computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to function under pressure
• Physical ability to sit for extended periods and communicate with patients.
