Property Manager

The Property Manager is responsible for managing all operational and financial aspects of a single property or portfolio of Life Science Lab properties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, Finance, and/or Accounting
• Professional designation from BOMA, IREM, or CCIM preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate property management
• Experience in Life Science Lab/healthcare property management strongly preferred
• Experience in the analysis of operational and financial data
• Possess strong initiative and sense of personal responsibility
• Ability to establish and maintain rapport with business community and interact with various levels of professionals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to prioritize tasks and projects and thrive in fast-paced environment
