Summer Analyst - Investments

Healthpeak’s Summer Analyst Program provides ambitious undergraduate students with hands-on experience in the Investments team. Over 10 weeks, analysts will gain a foundation in real estate investing, financial modeling, and underwriting, with exposure to institutional transactions. They will work alongside senior professionals, contributing to real investment decisions in the life science, medical office, and senior housing sectors.

Requirements

• Target start in June 2026
• Current Juniors graduating between December 2025 and June 2026
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Preferred majors include Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or other fields
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) with an emphasis on knowledge and experience with Excel
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to travel to various property tours across the country
