Job Description
This Summer Analyst internship offers immersive experience in middle-market mergers and acquisitions. Interns will be involved in live deal execution, financial modeling, valuation analyses, and client communication. The program provides comprehensive training and real-world experience, preparing participants for careers in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
Requirements
- Must be a rising college senior or entering the final year of a graduate program
- Full-time, in-office commitment required (Monday through Friday, June 1 – July 31)
- Strong academic performance in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields
- Solid understanding of corporate finance, valuation methods, and financial statement analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent research, analytical, and quantitative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Prior internship or relevant work experience in finance, consulting, or related field is a plus
