Business Development Representative (Outbound)

The Business Development Representative (Outbound) role has been created to generate interest, develop leads, and increase market share for HealthStream's solutions. This role will prepare you for a sales role within HealthStream. We are committed to driving innovation in healthcare and ensuring that patients receive competent care from qualified professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related area, BA or BS or related experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Prior BDR or sales experience is a plus
• Leadership qualities to serve as a team player, but willing to take responsibility and accountability
• High level of integrity and professionalism, properly setting expectations
• Ability to travel 0-5% of the time
• Ability to support and model HealthStream Vision and Values
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Ability to communicate well with all levels of personnel
