Before and After School Program Director

Healthy Kids Programs is looking for a dynamic Director to lead their Before and After School program for the 2025-2026 school year. The Director will be responsible for guiding compliance, managing daily operations, and ensuring a positive working environment.

Requirements

• Two years of college with 18 credits in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation or a related field, and two years of direct experience working with children less than 13 years of age
• New York State Children’s Program Administrator Credential, and two years of direct experience working with children less than 13 years of age
• School-Age Child Care Credential, and two years of direct experience working with children less than 13 years of age
• Associate’s degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation or a related field, and two years of direct experience working with children less than 13 years of age
