Requirements
- Gather and organize press releases, emails, phone calls, and viewer tips.
- Verify facts and uphold Hearst Television's strict journalist standards.
- Monitor emergency scanners, social media, and broadcast feeds.
- Keep track of crews in the field and communicate with them during newsgathering and breaking news.
- Assist management with content gathering and planning.
- Pitch and develop enterprise stories.
- Confirm, write, and post content to all digital platforms.
