Performance Lead

Heidi is looking for a Performance Lead to turn paid digital media into a true strategic advantage for the business. The role will own all paid acquisition globally and lead a team of media buyers and a creative squad to drive efficient, scalable growth across markets.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading paid performance at scale (Meta and Google required)
• Experience managing both media buyers and creative teams
• Strong strategic mindset — able to connect paid media to business outcomes
• Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution, and experimentation
• Experience scaling paid media across multiple markets and geographies
