Job Description
Heidrick & Struggles is seeking a Consultant to develop consulting solutions, write proposals, and support business development activities. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a business environment, with 3 years in a management or leadership consulting environment. The Consultant will be responsible for identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analysis, and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- 5+ years of work experience in a business environment
- 3 years in a management or leadership consulting environment
- Highly numerate with excellent report writing skills
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and advanced Excel
