Requirements

• Develop consulting solutions as part of client engagements
• Write proposals and support business development activities
• Act as engagement manager on specific projects
• Support Principals and Partners in their delivery
• Gather, analyze and interpret data and information
• Prepare and present information and insights in an impactful and compelling way
• Deliver a range of consulting solutions
• Facilitate and work with client teams with a client first mindset
• Plan and prioritize work ensuring team deadlines and quality standards are met
• Contribute to proposals and mobilize 'won' initiatives
• Build and share reusable, client ready materials, insights and project learnings
• Build and maintain relationships with colleagues across Heidrick & Struggles in Brazil and globally
• Contribute to thought leadership and support the development of product, tools, and methodologies
• Involve yourself in internal initiatives, supporting ongoing improvements of business and employee experience
