Requirements
- Own the end-to-end performance of a product category (or multiple) within our online store;
- Design and execute data-driven strategies that improve conversion, gross profit, and customer value;
- Optimise website content, UX, and product assortments for your category using our internal CMS;
- Identify new product opportunities and work closely with our Supply and Data teams to bring them live;
- Own the SEO and long-tail content strategy for your category, briefing and optimising pages that rank and convert;
- Collaborate across departments to support campaigns, promotions, and launches that affect your category;
- Report on KPIs such as revenue, gross profit, new customer acquisition, and category conversion rates;
- Run experiments and move fast, double down on what works and cut what doesn’t.
