Case Manager

We are seeking a Case Manager to work with vulnerable families at our emergency shelter in Brooklyn, New York. The Case Manager will provide culturally sensitive intake and assessment, track progress, and coordinate services for medical, mental health, immigration, childcare, and more.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English
• Case management experience with vulnerable populations
• Crisis intervention experience
• Basic understanding of immigration laws and procedures
• Knowledge of child development, child welfare, and education requirements
• Great organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of CARES case management system (a plus)
